Hi, I’m Anna, a Yoga Teacher and Relaxation & Stress Freedom Coach from New Zealand.

I am  registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT500 and E-RYT200), having completed numerous teacher training courses in Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga in Bali, New Zealand and Hong Kong.  I have extensively studied the inner practises of Yoga; Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation and Yoga Nidra (systematic guided relaxation) as well as Mindfulness, Stress Management and the Nervous System and I combine the ancient wisdom  with a modern approach.

I have a special interest in relaxation and stress management and in my coaching work, I help people realise their potential for relaxation and subsequently wellbeing. I offer coaching sessions online via zoom, which allows me to connect with people all over the world.

I teach mindfulness and wellbeing classes and workshops to corporate clients as well as yoga classes online and in person.
