Class Timetable




As well as my private yoga classes, I am currently offering the following public classes in Discovery Bay.


TIME: 9.15am – 10.30am Yin & Yoga Nidra (75 minutes)

LOCATION: Coastline Drive, Discovery Bay – please contact me for location info

The longer passive holds in a Yin class work on a deeper physical level by targeting the connective tissues. This approach can help to increase flexibility even more than a regular yoga class.
With a focus on stillness, the mind will feel calmer and more relaxed and energetically you should come away from this experience feeling incredibly balanced and revitalised. 

Yin can be quietly challenging, deeply restorative and very addictive! This class has 55 minutes of physical Yin Yoga and finishes with a 20 minute Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).  Suitable for all levels of experience (including beginners).  

Price $150 and BYO mat if you have one (I have some spares).

TIME: 9am – 10am Mindful Flow (Hatha Yoga 60 minutes)

LOCATION:  The Globe Theatre @ main DBIS campus

This class aims to create a sense of balance and wellbeing on the inside and out by increasing energy levels and reducing stress and tension. 
Hatha Vinyasa offers a combination of mindful flowing sequences that link movement with breath as well as held poses for increased strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels of experience (including beginners).  
Price $120 (cash only) and BYO mat if you have one, though I have some spares 🙂

Introduction to Yoga course

This Intro to Yoga course is perfect for those of you starting out in yoga, or if you want a refresher on the basics. The focus will mainly be asana (yoga postures) though we will also touch upon yoga breathing and meditation/guided relaxation.
