It’s so easy to get bogged down by all the fear and anxiety around this pandemic and trying to make sense of life as we now (temporarily!) know it.\u00a0 If we don’t have a way to manage our stress though, it can create disharmony and dis-ease, so it’s really important that we take the time to regularly release tension, and soothe and nourish our hearts and minds as well as our bodies. Enter the practise of guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra).<\/p>\n

Yoga Nidra is my go to stress management tool. Now that I have 2 little people, I NEED to practise relaxation. I have a tendency to internalise frustration and stress and Yoga Nidra helps me to let go of the crazy.<\/p>\n

I know it can be really challenging to switch the mind off and let go on your own. This is why being guided by someone who is trained and experienced in these practices (me!) makes the art of relaxation SO much easier. I run online classes on Zoom, so wherever you are in the world you can join me, please reach out for more info.<\/p>\n

Here is a guided Yoga Nidra practise that I am sharing for free, I will change it up every month, you’re welcome to practise it several times and please feel free to share it with friends\/family. I hope it gives you what you need.<\/p>\n
