Hi, I\u2019m Anna, a Spiritual Life Coach and Yoga Teacher from Auckland, New Zealand.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am\u00a0 registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT500 and E-RYT200), having completed numerous teacher training courses in Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga in Bali, New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong. I have extensively studied the inner practises of Yoga; Meditation, Pranayama (breathwork) and Yoga Nidra (systematic guided relaxation) as well as Mindfulness, Stress Management and the Nervous System. I combine ancient wisdom with a modern approach to help support people on their spiritual and wellbeing journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a Spiritual Life Coach I work with sensitive women, supporting my clients to move away from stress and overwhelm, towards grounding, integration and empowerment. I offer coaching sessions online via zoom, which allows me to connect with people all over the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

I lead mindfulness sessions and wellbeing workshops for corporate clients and schools and I also teach yoga classes, workshops and retreats at various studios in my community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
