    Sound Healing

    A sound bath is a deeply restorative journey that offers relaxation, magic, healing (and sometimes, a lil’ sleep).

    As the crystal bowl vibrations wash over you, your nervous system shifts into deep relaxation and your busy mind quiets effortlessly. Many people feel lighter, more at ease within themselves, and sleep deeply that night.

    Each sound bath is a personal experience - people always receive whatever they most need.
