Meet Anna
Yoga and meditation have been a big part of my life for almost two decades.
As a mum on the spiritual path, I am always trying to find the balance between my devotion to the sacred and staying grounded and present for homework and the school run.
I teach what I know deeply in my own system - and through yoga, meditation, sound healing and relaxation practices, I create spaces that support holistic wellbeing, from grounding and nervous system regulation, to mental clarity, balanced life force energy and spiritual connection.
