With 15 years of experience as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, along with certifications in Breakthrough Coaching, Abundance Coaching, and Spiritual Life Coaching, I guide sensitive souls on a journey of self-discovery, presence, and peace.

Through a unique blend of coaching, guided meditation, breath work, relaxation, visualisation, and somatic practices, I help people quiet the noise, disconnect from others' energy, heal their nervous system and align with their higher self.
