Yoga is a Sanskrit word that translates as "union"—the union of body, mind, heart, and soul, the union of energy and consciousness, and the union of the individual with the collective.

I offer bespoke private yoga sessions for students who are ready to deepen their practise. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and will include physical poses, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and elements of subtle anatomy and yoga philosophy. Together, we will work to expand your consciousness, raise your vibration, and help you integrate the deeper aspects of yoga into your life.

I’ll teach you how to practice yoga, so you can become yoga.
