Using a holistic approach that combines mindfulness, meditation, and wellbeing practices, I provide bespoke Workplace Wellbeing sessions that are tailored to suit the needs of your unique work environment.

Whether it’s a series of lunchtime initiatives through to half or full day workshops, I offer wellbeing solutions that help to reduce stress, build natural resilience, boost team morale, and create a workplace environment where both people and productivity can thrive.

Stress is a common challenge in many modern workplaces.

From high demands, cost of living, constant connectivity, and the pressures of balancing work and family life, many employees feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Engagement, productivity, team morale and let’s face it, the bottom line are all affected negatively by ongoing stress.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

My Approach

I believe in supporting the whole person.

In my Workplace Wellbeing sessions, I will lead your team members through practical mindfulness, meditation, visualisation and breathwork techniques that will help them to feel more present, more engaged, more inspired and more resilient. By teaching them how to integrate these techniques into their work day, they will have tools to be able to transform stress (which presents outwardly as either anger, anxiety or detachment) into calmness, clarity and focus.

My Background
Prior to my work in Coaching, Yoga & Meditation, I spent many years working for a premium multinational recruitment consultancy in London, Melbourne and Auckland. I recruited a wide variety of roles in HR, Sales & Marketing, Finance as well as Secretarial and Support across all industries - Banking & Finance, Public Sector and Commerce & Industry. I have always offered my clients a truly consultative approach to providing solutions, whether that was in recruitment, or more recently, in the wellbeing space. As well as my own corporate, and consultative background I have spent the past 15 years teaching Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness and I have extensive experience leading groups of all sizes both in person and online.
