With 15 years of experience as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, alongside certifications in Breakthrough Coaching, Abundance Coaching, and Spiritual Life Coaching, I guide heart-centred individuals on a journey of self-discovery, presence and peace.

Awakening Presence (6 x online sessions over 6-8 weeks)
Does the world sometimes feel too loud, your mind too busy, and your energy a bit scattered? And even with all the intensity, do you still feel called to find deeper meaning and make a difference?
For heart-centred people, modern life can sometimes feel overwhelming—especially when we forget to prioritise our own self-care. Being there for others is so rich and rewarding, yet there’s a reason they say, ‘you can’t pour from an empty cup.’ 😊

I know how frustrating it is to feel stuck in patterns of stress and overstimulation—longing to feel calm, clear, and less impacted by everything around you. It is from a place of deep personal experience that I have created this journey.
Over six weeks, I will support you to quiet the noise, connect with your higher self, and cultivate a sense of peace that isn’t dependent on outside circumstances. I will teach you self-care practises and tools to help you feel more balanced, strengthen your energetic boundaries, and support others without feeling drained.
Through a combination of coaching, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, visualisation, somatic practises, and spiritual connection, you will return home to your essence—the part of you that is always present as peace and blissful awareness. The Sacred Pause (1 × 90 minute online session)
Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is pause. To let go of all the people and all the things, and give yourself the space to just be you.
This session is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels deeply grounding and nourishing. Whether you’re feeling stuck in doing mode, feeling stressed or overwhelmed, navigating change or a healing journey, or simply longing to know genuine peace, The Sacred Pause is an opportunity to listen to your body, quiet your mind, find clarity and come home to your higher self.
In this 90-minute session, I will guide you on a soothing and inspiring journey that is much more than just a deep rest session. Using a personalised blend of coaching, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, somatic practices, and spiritual connection, we will gently lean into anything that might be calling for your attention. We will expand beyond limiting beliefs and any challenges you may be facing - as we explore what it means to be deeply present and aligned with your truth. After your free initial Discovery Call, where we both get a good sense of alignment, we’ll confirm your chosen package and schedule your sessions. I’ll then send you a coaching agreement and a pre-coaching questionnaire to help tailor our work to your specific needs and goals. During our first session we’ll go through the questionnaire together, ensuring we have a clear understanding of where you are now and where you’d like to go. This conversation will form the foundation of your personal journey, helping us create a clear roadmap.
For my signature 6 week package, sessions will take place over 6-8 weeks, and we will both agree on and commit to the session times at the start of the journey. Between sessions, you’ll receive reflection exercises, mindfulness activities, and guided practices to keep you focused and aligned. My intuitive approach ensures each session flows naturally with what you need most in the moment, while always keeping sight of the bigger picture and your long-term vision.

While both coaching and therapy offer valuable support for your journey, there are differences. Therapy often explores past experiences and patterns, helping you understand how they influence your present life. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to be, while honoring your journey so far. It's about creating positive change and moving forward with clarity and purpose.

Yoga is not required during our coaching sessions—some of my clients practise yoga with me, while others don’t. If I feel that yoga would be a positive support for your journey, I’ll discuss it with you. If it resonates, we can explore options, whether that's sessions with me, another teacher, or at your local yoga studio.

Absolutely! After completing either my Sacred Pause Session, or Awakening Presence Journey, you will have the option to book ongoing sessions to help you deepen the transformation you’ve already started and keep you aligned with your goals and vision.
Ongoing sessions are 60-90 minute sessions and are available either fortnightly or monthly, depending on the level of connection and support you would like to continue with. Prices will vary based on time, frequency and support during sessions - please inquire any time about what our ongoing journey might look like ✨

With 15 years of experience in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and wellbeing, I incorporate a variety of practices into our sessions, depending on what aligns with your unique journey. These may include meditation, breathwork, self-compassion practices, energy work, guided relaxation, or mindful movement—each chosen to support your growth and your goals.
As an intuitive empath, I specialise in energy-based meditation, which can be especially powerful for moving through blocks and creating a shift in awareness. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, so I share and teach what I feel will best serve you in that moment.
